The successful implementation of the Tablet Gun POS at D&B supply during it’s annual One Day Sale. This huge sales event, across multiple stores, proved to be extremely successful. The store managers and regional managers express their satisfaction with the system, highlighting its automation of cashier tasks, improved deal management, and streamlined returns process. They also mention the system’s efficiency in handling customer transactions and its impact on customer service. The managers note that the training process for cashiers has become faster and more effective with the new system. The director of stores praises the more intuitive and customer-friendly point of sale system. Overall, it proved to be a very positive event and successful implementation of the new POS system.
IMCMV (Margaritaville) put on a Pool Party at the LINQ Resort in Las Vegas, which was effectively the “Tailgate” party for the Jimmy Buffett concert held at the MGM Grand. RTC was honored to be part of the event as we provided our Tablet Gun POS to Margaritaville Las Vegas so they could “extend” their store and sell merchandise. The event was a huge success with over 1000 people attending!
