RTC Group’s Time and Attendance module offers managers the tools and controls they need to evaluate and analyze the efficiency and productivity to better manage their labor costs. The module is very configurable to fit any retailer. Managers can monitor control variety of employee data including – Time periods (payroll calendar dates), daily time clock in and clock outs, overtime rate and tips, job codes, and project codes. All of this data is collected and can be modified or viewed in reports.

Managers can view the payroll data in various reports. The following is a list of those reports:
